We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, we are here to help.

7-DAY EXCHANGE/REFUND WINDOW

In accordance with the South African CPA (Consumer Protection Act), you may return any unwanted item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is:

• Unworn and unwashed.
• In its original packaging (including the pouch/box).
• Not a custom-engraved piece.

HOW TO RETURN

Please DO NOT ship the item back without contacting us first.

1. Email us at info@mtanation.co.za with your Order Number.
2. Tell us if you want a refund or an exchange (e.g., swapping a ring size).
3. We will provide you with all the information needed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Defective/Damaged Item: If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind / Wrong Size: You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us (approx. R60).

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
